Want to know about the Ayizo, Torri, and about Allada

Hello, I am a black Caribbean man from the island of Barbados. I recently got back some results from a DNA test and it said that on my father's side I share genes with the Ayizo and Torri people of Benin and with the Fante and Ga people of Ghana. I am very familiar with the tribes of Ghana which I visited in 2002, but I do not know much about Benin.
