Altinisa donates to NISA

Altinisa, a Swede-Gambian owned company on Monday donated sporting equipment to National Inter-departmental Sports Association (NISA) at a presentation ceremony held at Gamstar House in Banjul.

The donated items, which include footballs, goal posts among others are meant to facilitate the ongoing NISA football championship and the six aside female tournament which is scheduled to take place later this year.

Presenting the items, Nisse Newman, Swedish Parliamentarian and Managing Director of Altinisa Import & Export said they are very much pleased to be associated with NISA. According to him, Altinisa Company will strive to strengthen their association with NISA in a bid to ensure cordial relations among Gambian institutions.

Saikou B Jarju, Financial Director of Altinisa and Secretary -General of National Inter-departmental Sport Association said the donation came after a request through the Managing Director Nisse Newman. He said the gesture was very much timely and worthy and commended the entire staff of Altinisa for the kind intervention.

Receiving the items, Ms Therese Mendy, Executive Member of NISA joined Mr. Jarju in commending the Altinisa Company kind gesture.
