The president of Real De Banjul FC, Willy Abraham, has called on all Gambians to come out in their number tomorrow to give helping hands to Real De Banjul in their International friendly match against Casa Sport.
Speaking to Pointsport in a telephone interview yesterday, Mr. Abraham said that Real De Banjul would be representing The Gambia in the forthcoming African Club Championship and being the case they need support from all Gambians.
“Gambia National teams are doing well in international competitions and it is time for the clubs to follow the foot step of the National teams,” Real President revealed.
Still elaborating on Saturday game against Casa Sport, Mr. Abraham said the aim of staging this match is to start preparing the team as well as raise funds for the African League Championship.
“We want to know our weaknesses and work on them before the competition kicks off,” Real Boss pointed out.
It could be noted that Real De Banjul’s International Friendly match against Casa Sport is schedule for Saturday July 21st, 2007 at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.
Kick off is at 4.30pm and entrance fees are as follow: covered Pavilion D10 and VIP D200.
Interested persons can also donate to the team at the gate of the VIP lounge.
