Libyan Embassy to Celebrate Gaddafi AU chairmanship

The People’s Bureau of the Great Socialists Libyan Arab Jamahiriya in Banjul will this evening throw a reception at the Jerma Beach Hotel in celebration of the African Union’s nomination ofCol.Maumarr Al.Gaddafi as the new AU chairman.

The celebration which is organized by the Libyan Embassy in Banjul is expected to be grace by a cross section of Gambians, Libyans living in the Gambia and other nationals among others.

It could be recall the recently concluded AU Summit Addis Ababaunanimously selected the Libyan Leader as the new AU chairman.He replaces Jakaya Kikwete the Tanzanian President.
