Five men: Sirra Kujabi, Abdou Drammeh, Malick Uthman, Saihouding Bojang and Momodou Kanteh, on Thursday, appeared before the senior magistrate of Kanifing
Magistrate Court, Abdoulie Mbake, charged with loitering. According to the particular of offence, the accused persons were on the 24th of February 2009, found loitering at Kanifing Estate late at night without permission. When the charge sheet was read to them, they pleaded not guilty. Meanwhile, Sirra Kujabi and Abdou Drammeh were later charged with strolling armed. They were found with a knife and scisors. Abdou Drammeh pleaded guilty.
According to prosecutor Inspector Touray, on the 24th of February 2009, accused person, Abdou drammeh, was found in Kanifing Estate at an incomplete building armed with knife at around 5:30 am –6:00 am without authorization. He added that the commanding task force, Landing Bojang of Kanifing Municipal Council and the others then arrested him. The case was adjourned to 19th of march, 2009 for him to know his fate
