Mr. Dodou Sulayman Nyang, the new Marketing Manager of Trust Bank Gambia Limited, has reassured that the bank would do what it takes to remain the people’s choice.
Speaking to this paper barely three days after his appointment, Mr. Nyang stated that at a time when lots of new banks have sprung up in the country’s banking industry with new products on offer, Trust Bank is ready for the challenge thus posed which, according to him, makes the industry all the more competitive. “There will be intense competition. Everyone of us would be trying very hard to be the people’s choice but Trust Bank is ready for the challenge,” he said.
Mr. Nyang vowed that he would be working hard with partners to really make the bank heard and seen. He indicated that with a large network of 11 branches across the country, and an extra one in the offing, the bank has become unique among the plethora of banks in the country. He expressed the confidence that given their experience and understanding of the market, they would always remain the people’s choice.
According to Mr. Nyang, Trust Bank does not just concentrate on where the money is but they go anywhere they believe people are, adding that they have the lowest rate for all the charges made by banks.
“This year as we celebrate 1 years of existence, we just want to remind the people of this country of what makes Trust Bank unique among the financial service providers in this country. Trust Bank is quintessentially a Gambian thing and we are proud of that fact,” he concluded.
