HARARE Wednesday, November 12, 2008 (IRIN) - After a week of drama and suspense, HIV/AIDS activists in Zimbabwe welcomed with relief the decision by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria to award the country a US$169 million grant.
