ADM set to replace municipal manager

By CHERI-ANN JAMES Council Reporter THE Amathole District Municipality (ADM) yesterday announced it would abide by a high court ruling to replace its municipal manager. Municipal spokesperson Gail Pullen said the decision was taken at a special council meeting on November 19. ADM had previously appointed Mlamli Zenzile as municipal manager despite an 11-member selection panel finding Dr Vuyo Mlokoti the best-suited candidate.
