MALAWI: Planning for a disaster

LILONGWE Monday, November 17, 2008 (IRIN) - The state of preparedness for a natural disaster in Malawi's flood-prone areas as well as other locales is coming under intense scrutiny ahead of the expected annual rise in the rivers during the rainy season.
