Ghana presidential re-vote under way in 1 district

Ghana's leader appealed for calm Friday as residents of a single district cast ballots that could decide the outcome of the tight presidential race in this West African nation.Voters in the tiny western district of Tain were unable to take part in Sunday's nationwide runoff because not enough ballots were distributed there. The makeup vote in Tain was moving forward peacefully Friday despite earlier ruling party attempts to stop it.
