Two accused, Ebrima Jaha and Dudou Faal, were on Thursday paraded before Senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbake of the Kanifing Magistrates court, charged with contempt of court.

When the charge sheet was read to them, the duo pleaded not guilty. According to the particulars of their offence, Ebrima Jaha, Dudou Faal and their co-accused persons, who were said to be at large, on the 26th of January 2009, insulted, threatened and intimidated one Kebba Ndow for giving evidence in a criminal trial, "Inspector General versus one Ismaila Ngum".
