The appeal suit filed at the Banjul High Court by Kawsu Ceesay, the former chief electoral officer of the Independent Electoral Commission, was adjourned yesterday to June 23, following the indisposition of the presiding judge, Justice Yamoa and the state counsel AS Umar.
Mr Ceesay’s appeal hit the high court, after his conviction on forgery by the Kanifing Magistrates Court earlier this year.
Lawyer Musa Bachilly is representing the appellant in the trial.
