Ex-Gamtel Boss’ Trial to Resume Soon

The trial of the former Gamtel boss would early next month resume at the Banjul Magistrates’ Court, this paper can authoritatively report.

Mr. Omar Ndow is currently undergoing trial on varying degrees of allegations ranging from willful omission to refer a contract proposal to Gambia Public Procurement Authority (GPAA) as statutory required of him to failure of following the required procedure of the GPAA.

However on the resumption of his trial sometime this month, the case suffered yet another setback when it was adjourned to September, 4th as the defense counsel was said to be out of town.
