Nancy Nanz Poised for Explosive Growth

The 20-year-old Banjul-born Nancy Nanz is showing no sign of abating in carving a niche for herself in Gambia’s male-dominated music industry. If anything, she and her newly-acquired team of dancers are poised for an explosive growth.

“I don’t want to make it but break it,” Nancy confidently said in an interview lately.

A daughter of a popular former television journalist, Nancy was catapulted into the world of music not by coincidence but by design and love for the performing art. She developed interest and love for music when she was in her teens and guess what, she’s currently working towards an album and has already put in place a dancing group comprising five beautiful girls with a trainer from the UK.

“I am also shooting a video clip to be followed by an album. I have found myself a manager and I’m poised for making a head-way,” she posited.
