Rose-Kali Day Over 300 students graduate

About 300 grade 12 students on Saturday graduated from Rose-Kali International School at Banjunliding during their ‘Rose-Kali Day’ celebration in the school premises.

The graduation ceremony for the grade 12 students marked the end of their 3-year academic pursuance with the school, as they are about to sit to their school certificate final examination commonly called  WASSCE.

Grace Obi Enwelani, principal of the school, in a joyous mood, congratulated the students. She expressed her utmost gratitude to the teachers. She appealed to the outgoing students to continue to strive hard towards achieving better education noting that the  graduation should serve as stepping stone in their educational career. She also urged them to aim high to succeed in life.

Dr I O K Ibiam, director of Rose-Kali International School said the school is able to train students not only in terms of academics but also changed their minds and souls to make sure that they are good and responsible citizens in future.  He encouraged the graduands to be careful, pray and be mindful of whatever they are doing in life. He advised them to be good ambassadors of the school.

He further tasked the students to come out with flying colors in their forthcoming final examination and promised that whoever have 5 credits or more, will enroll in the University of The Gambia under his sponsorship. Bernard Jarju, the school outgoing head boy, thanked the staff and management of the school.
