It is really a good thing to see a young Gambian brother doing something in his own country, which all the youths of The Gambia can emulate.
Lamin Manga is among other successful and patriotic Gambian youths today who are prime examples of success in your own country without even having to venture to Europe or the United States of America to make things work. He clearly shows that you can be successful anywhere in the world with just sheer belief, perseverance and determination.
I do think it is just pure laziness to focus on Europe and America as havens or land of greener pastures when all the opportunities are right at your doorstep. With every success comes hard work. We have seen foreigners coming into our country, setting up businesses and turning themselves into self-made millionaires at our expense. If they can come over to your country and make it, then you should imagine the level of your own success especially under a leadership and government that is giving you all the encouragement and support that you need to be a successful person in life.
I do want to take this opportunity to congratulate Lamin Manga on a job well done, and ask him to keep up the good work and continue to be a role model for all Gambians, for he is a living proof of Gambian success. I wish you all the best, brother.
