London Stars FC - a multi-national football team based in UK, have arrived in the country as the guests of the GFA first division giants, Steve Biko.
The UK club, which arrived last evening with the world’s second tallest man, will play three friendly matches during their Gambia stay. Their first match, scheduled for Thursday, January 29, will pit them against their hosts, Steve Biko, at the Independence Stadium, Bakau.
The visitors will also play the Gambia national Under 17 team on January 31 at the same venue before wrapping up their visit with a game against the Gambia Armed Forces on February 2.
