Governor Ganyie Touray resigns from Armitage board

The governor of the Central River Region, Alhagie Ganyie Touray, recently tendered his resignation letter to the chairman ot the board of governors of Armitage Senior Secondary School, Kaunding Tambedou.

In an interview with this reporter on  Monday November 10, Mr Tambedou confirmed his receipt of the said resignation letter.

He further pointed out that the reason for the governor’s resignation was not stated in the letter but that he had started in the letter that the resignation was with immediate effect. Global alliance on tobacco control gains momentum
