Delighted with you, Your Excellency

It is indeed too difficult for me to express in this medium how I really feel. Your Excellency, I have been married for sixteen (16) years without a child;

spent all my wealth, whilst my wife was left to torment; crying all her life due to marginalization and mockery.  Her wears, animals and jewellery were all drained in search of this gift.

A gift obtained through you whist you wait for no thanks or priase. My wife gave birth to a bouncing baby boy this past October after undergoing your treatment in January.  Obviously no name befits this child besides yours, which is the least I can do to show my appreciation.

I love you from the bottom of my heart but how on earth can I show you this? I shall pray each day for Allah to increase his blessings on you, protect you from the evil of men, and also Satan, the cause of all evil. How I wish this letter will be read by you to at least give you satisfaction.
