Dawda Sarjo, 25, is a teacher with the New Jeshwang Lower Basic School.  The young man who hails from Marakissa is in dire need of help to enable him to undergo treatment abroad.

Dawda Sarjo  has been diagnosed with coxarthosis  on his right hip. He is said to have been afflicted with this condition after he fell down from a palm tree in 1986.
According to the medical report issued by the Royal Victory Teaching Hospital (RVTH), the young teacher is "suffering from a serious pain in his right hip that has led to a crumple on the hip with difficulty to walk and stand for a long time". The examination carried out on him revealed the deformity in his right hip, a shorter right lower limb and loss of movement of his right hip.

As the suffering of Dawda Sarjo increases, he has found it more difficult to perform his duties diligently as expected of him since he can no longer walk conveniently and stand for long hours. To save this young hardworking teacher from further suffering, he needs surgical treatment and prosthesis. He is therefore appealing to government, individuals, private and public entrepreneurs, NGOs and philanthropists to please come to his aid.
