The Gambia Football Association has fixed February 15 as the date for the Super Cup final at the Brikama mini-stadium.
The traditional final, which will pit the double winners, Wallidan, against last season’s league and FA Cup runners up, Samger, will signal the start of the new league season. The 12-team league season will kick-off without one of the most financed teams in Gambia Ports Authority FC who suffered a shock relegation last season.
Interior FC were also relegated alongside the Ferry Boys. And filling their positions are Brikama United and Tallinding United who finished top in the second tier last season.
