Armed Forces are back on top of the league with 16 points following a 2-0 victory over newly promoted Brikama United last evening, at the Manjai football field.

Star player Landing Darboe alias  Del Piero put Armed Forces ahead in the 39th minute of the titanic encounter from a penalty spot when midfielder Baboucarr Badjan was brought down by Brikama defender inside the penalty box.

Brikama who are yet to snatch a victory away from home occasionally went close to levelling the score but all their brilliantattacking options was not good enough to earn them a happy moment.
