Ambassador Jahumpa declared honorary father

The Gambia Venezuela Hugo Chavez Foundation, set-up some time in 2006 by a group of Gambians to further promote the excellent relations between Venezuela and The Gambia, recently named Bala Garba Jahumpa, The Gambia’s ambassador to Venezuala as its honorary father.

This was disclosed through a letter to Ambassador Jahumpa, signed by the head of the association, Amadou Cham and circulated to local media. The association is registered as a charitable foundation.
