There are lot of ways to get rid of body odour. It will not cost you a fortune but just time and determination. So it is something that you can manage.

The first step is for you to recognize and understand that you have this problem, which you have done. Then you must ensure that you take your bath, first thing in the morning, whether you are going out or not. You must take your bath last thing before you go to bed. If you are a working class person, always keep a hand towel in your bag. Every 1 hour enter the ‘ladies’ (toilet), dampen the towel and use it to clean your neck, armpit and if possible your chest.

The third step is to change clothes regularly too especially when you are at home. Don’t ever wear one cloth more than once. Learn to keep your dirty clothes separate from the clean ones. Shave regularly. Remember that personal hygiene helps a lot. It is essential for you to use deodorants regularly. As time goes on you will notice that it is going down. Good luck!
