Below is the full text of the letter, read on:

“I have the pleasure to present to you all my gratitude for your participation in the 2009 CAVB Ordinary Congress held on 24th to 25th of September 2009 in Algeria.

Your participation whether it is by representing your federation or by presenting your proposals as well by discussing problems facing the African federation, was most fruitful, and has led to a better decision in directing the CAVB policies towards a more prominent position.

It was a great occasion to shed light on the federations’ needs to be able to implement our plans aiming to put Africa in the place it deserves among other continents.

This congress was proof that our joint efforts and collaboration is the key to a more successful future for our beloved volleyball in Africa.”
