Early kick off for Senegal-Gambia derby

The Gambia’s derby match against Senegal in the final day of the first  round qualifying of the 2010 joint World Cup and Nations Cup qualifiers scheduled for Saturday, October 11, in Dakar, will kick off at 13:00 hours, Observer Sports can reveal.

The world football’s governing body, FIFA, have decided that all the last matches would be played simultaneously to avoid any possible backing.

Gambia are currently second in Group Six table with eight points, and the Scorpions must beat their neighbours under a sunny day in Dakar to reach the next phase of the qualifiers.
