15 Compounds Flooded in Kuntaur

According to the Ward Councilor, Mr. Pa Sibity Jallow, the incident happened following the downpours. He revealed that among the affected compounds were those of Ben Jallow, Kaku Saho, Samba Njie, Sainey Ceesay, Abdourahman Samateh and Ndow Kunda. He said that in many cases the floodwater had entered their houses and damaged their property.

He then called on NGOs, philanthropists and government to assist the affected families as they are in urgent need of help.
