Passport Impersonation Case Adjourned

Monday, July 14, 2008
The trial of Bakary Fatty, Alimamy Fatty, Musa Jabang and Musa Camara over the ownership of false passport was on Thursday deferred until 24 July 2008.

The case, which was scheduled for continuation before Magistrate John Njie of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, could not proceed as the prosecution was said to be absent from court.

It could be recalled that the accused persons were some time in March this year at the Banjul International Airport alleged to have conspired by helping Bakary Fatty with travelling passport that does not belong to him.
