Managing Director Dida Halake will assume the dock at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court as the trial of deputy permanent secretary Momodou Njie continues today. The Observer Managing Director is expected to tell his version of the offense that Hon. Njie is alleged to have committed. Njie, readers may well know, is still being tried by a magistrates’ court for posing himself as a Protocol at the Office of the President.
He was earlier discharged of a charge of misinformation. The particulars of that charge had it that Njie had sometime back commented that The Daily Observer company is not the property of Amadou Samba, having no reason to believe so.
