Nema United and Young Africa Share Top Spot

Nema United and Young Africa’s are currently toping The Gambia Football Association national Division two league after two weeks of play.

Both teams secured maximum six points in two matches but Nema edged the Young African’s on goals.

Nema scored three goals, two against Serrekunda East and one against StarLight. After wining on a score line of 1-0 in two consecutive matches against Ham Ham and Flamemins, Young Africans have two goals.

Brikama United and Jambanjelly are on four points.

Kaira Silo, Star Light, Tallinding United, Serrekunda East, Flamemins and Ham Ham are all struggling with a single point. All of them managed a draw in their first or second matches to secure a point.

The second division league continues today and will feature interesting matches.
