Appeal for help

Editor,

I live in Bakau, around the market area. I am writing to convey my concern to whoever it might concern. Surely human activities are not supposed to make the world unsafe for its inhabitants, are they? But this is what the situation is, today. The area where I live has become increasingly impossible to live, thanks to a constant smell that hangs there. It is quite clear that the fact that the people concern do not take care of it.

What is even more worrisome is that the situation got even worse in the heels of the debate about the anti-littering legislation.  If the signing of the legislation can be greeted by this development, what can guarantee that the ultimate goal of the law will be achieved? This is the question I want to ask. May be the police, the NEA and the municipal authority can help me.
