Fatou, sorry to cut you off, but KWT would have us in court for libel and defamation if we published your letter! We want to think that everyone who writes to us has a genuine concern, but you express yours in such intemperate language that we cannot publish. Could I also say that if KWT and its management are as bad as you claim, it would be difficult to see how they can survive in business.
