Kartong Community Works on President Jammeh’s Farm

The people of Kartong in Kombo South, Western Region recently took part in a weeding exercise on president Jammeh’s farm in the village.

Speaking to the Point, Sheikh Omar S.B Jabang chairman Kartong Village Development Committee (VDC) said they were please to work on the president’s farm. He said that if one have a leader who is always concern about the plight of his people then people should also support him. “We are always ready to answer to H.E’s call”.

Alkalo of Kartong Alhagie Demba Jabang expressed his happiness over the move of the villagers.  He promised the president of his village’s unflinching support at all times.
