The ongoing criminal trial involving Ebrima Jaha and Dudou Faal, who were remanded in Mile II with contempt of court, Thursday, resumed at the Kanifing Magistrate court, presided over by Senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbake.
When the case was called, police prosecutor Mballow applied for a short adjournment for the fact that his two witnesses were indisposed. He further told the court that the other two accused persons who were at large, had also absconded to Cassamance and Guinea Conakry.
At that juncture, the senior magistrate granted the two accused persons bail in the sum of D1,500 each, with one Gambian surety. The case was adjourned to March 19th, 2009.
