One Samba Camara was on Monday arraigned before Senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbacke of the Kanifing Magistrates Court for stealing a motor bike.
According to the particulars of the offense, Samba Camara, in October 2008 in the Kanifing Municipality, stole a motor bike (registration number BJL 4614) valued at D20,000. The motor bike is the property of one Momodou Nyang. When the charge sheet was read to him, he admitted guilt.
Magistrate Abdoulie Mbakeh then adjourned the case to December 11 for judgement. Inspector Mariama Fatty stood in for the IGP.
